CJ Osteopathy is based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells and was founded in 2009 by Caroline Jack after qualifying from the University College of Osteopathy. Alice Grandpierre joined the practice in 2022.
Both of our Osteopaths offer a wide range of treatment options to help you back to full health including osteopathic manipulation, soft-tissue massage, dry needling and sports massage, as either a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with osteopathic treatment.

Caroline Jack (B.Ost, PG Cert)
After a career in the City, Caroline retrained as an osteopath graduating in 2009 from the British School of Osteopathy [now known as The University College of Osteopathy (UCO)].
She joined the teaching faculty at the UCO as a Clinic Tutor in 2023 educating and mentoring final year students in their clinical work.
Caroline uses a wide range of osteopathic techniques including joint articulation, manipulation, soft tissue massage and dry needling ( Western Acupuncture) depending on the needs of each patient. Caroline has a keen interest in sports injuries having been involved in many sports herself such as tennis, cycling, hiking and horse-riding and is happy to offer rehabilitation advice to get patients back to their best.

Alice Grandpierre ( M.Ost)
Alice graduated from the European School of Osteopathy ( now known as British College of Naturopathy & Osteopathy ) and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science.
She works with a variety of techniques including structural, dry needling ( Western Acupuncture), functional and cranial, depending on her patient’s needs. Alice likes to incorporate rehabilitation exercises with her treatment plans to maintain the changes made with hands on treatment.
Alice is originally from France and has travelled and lived in many countries, She enjoys being outdoors and staying active combining football, hiking, tennis and yoga.
